Home > Application Process

Step 1: Complete our application form
Application Form: You’ll need an updated resume/CV and a photograph to complete your application. We recommend you apply as early as possible. This way you have more time to prepare your documents and for interviewing2013-07-16. More time means less stress for you!
Step 2.
Visa Documents: Upon receipt of your completed application form, we will try to get in touch with you within 48 hours. At this point we will let you know if we are going to progress with your application. We will also provide you with all the necessary information for preparing your visa documentation.
Step 3.
Interview: As soon as you have your visa documents prepared or we at least have an estimated date of when they will be ready, we can then start to arrange telephone interviews for you with suitable schools. We shall provide plenty of interview tips and advice in advance.
Step 4.
Contract Offer: After a successful interview, the school will offer an employment contract. We shall forward this over to you, and we will be on hand to answer any questions and request any further info and answer any outstanding questions you may have forgot to ask in the interview. We would ask Teachers you make a decision as soon as possible, as the visa process is lengthy and schools can get impatient if teachers drag their heels on giving their decision. To ensure you secure your contract, we would recommend sending back a scanned signed copy to us with 48 - 72 hours so we can hold your position for you.
Step 5.
Couriering Visa Documents: Now we will ask you to courier all the required visa documents to our office in Seoul. We will help the school submit them in the local immigration office in Korea.
Step 6.
Visa Issuance Number: After approximately 10 working days the immigration office will provide the school with a VIN. This unique number is to be then given to you for completing your visa process with the local Korean embassy in your country. All details again will be provided in advance by our team.
Step 7.
Booking Flight: As soon as we know the date your passport with visa will be released by the Korean embassy, we can then start arranging your flight plan. We have an understanding with almost all the schools we work with that they must prepay the flight for you.
Step 8.
Getting on the Plane: Now you are packed and ready for a new adventure. We will also arrange and coordinate your arrival and pick up from the airport.
