form at least 6 weeks before you want to leave your home
for Korea.It is essential that you enclose your resume and photos.You
can also apply us through e-mail by sending your resume and photo.Remember
that you are not the only one who is interested in a particular position.So
it is advisable that you remain to open other possibility.

2. Upon receipt of your resume,scanned
photos and application form at our web site or by e-mail ,we will
contact you by e-mail within a day or two to set up a suitable date
and time to conduct a telephone or personal interview. Phone calls
are always pre-arranged by e-mail,so there are no surprise calls from
people you`ve never heard of.
3. We try to match your preferences with the jobs
available as closely as possible. When the suitable job is found,we
will forward your application to the school. And then they may ask
phone interview with you when a school is interested. Once again,this
will be arranged with you in advance. The interview is usually quite
informal and fairly short; however, this entirely depends on who conducts
it.
4. If a school has agreed to hire you,We put you
in direct contact with current teachers at the school so that you
can verify the working conditions and ask any specific questions you
like. We will surely go through the contract with you and respond
to any of your concerns. You normally have only 24-72 hours
to accept or reject the position. School owner don`t want
to lose other applicants while you are making up your mind.
* Visa application
1. The required documents
If you are accepted by the school, you have to send the required documentations to us by
air-courier service. (ex : DHL or FedEx) The required documents are as below:
1. 4 Passport sized pictures.
2. Original signed and dated Contract - you will receive this after you have accepted a position.
3. A photocopy of your passport - the picture page.
4. Original degree certificate or a notarised copy of your degree certificate with an apostille
5. Health Statement form - a doctorĄŻs signature is not required.
6. Transcript of University results
7. Police Background Check / Police Certificate and Apostille
2. Visa Process in Korea
When we receive the required documentations from you, we will then process your E2 work visa.
The director of the school will submit them to the immigration office to get your visa.
Once this process is completed, a visa Issuance number will be sent to you by email from us.
It takes usually 1~2weeks
3.Interview in Korea Embassy or Consulate
You will need to get a visa stamp on your passport from the nearest Korean consulate.
As soon as you have your Visa Issuance Number the following must be taken or sent to your
nearest Korean Embassy/consulate
1. Number of Certificate for confirmation of visa issuance issued by the Ministry of Justice in
Korea (Visa Issuance Number)
2. Passport with remaining validity of at least 6 months and copy of the passport
3. Completed application form with one photograph affixed
4. Visa Application fee /Return mail fee etc
You will find the application form at the South Korean Embassy/Consulate Homepage Those
who are newly applying for E2 visa need to be interview at their nearest Korean consulate or
embassy in their country. It is recommended that you make a phone call to the consulate before
going there. If the Korean embassy/ consulate deems that the applicant lives an unreasonable
distance to be physically present for a personal interview, a web cam interview via the internet
will be substituted.
4. Get on the plane
After you get a flight ticket from our travel agency, you are ready to come to Korea. When you
arrive at the airport, our staff will be waiting for you and take you to your school. Within 90 days
after arriving in Korea, you must go to the immigration office in order to obtain a residence permit.
