• Managed an ESE department of 15 students of various disabilities and handicaps
• Encouraged effective communication with public school liaisons
• Brought ESE department under full compliance with regards to documentation, testing, and tutoring programs
• Saw an increase of test results that averaged at least one year of academic progress
• After promotion to the instructor position, was able to create and academic program that serviced all students of various learning modes and levels.
• During 2008, taught and evaluated a 40 student work load on various writing skills, literature, and vocabulary as middle school language arts instructor.
